Shipping policy

jcudesigns jewellery currently only ships items within the UK and uses Royal Mail as their shipping provider.

All estimated delivery dates are based on a number of factors - purchase date, location, processing times, shipping provider etc

The arrival of orders can be affected  by when the order is placed, eg over the weekend or on a bank/public holiday. 

Many items instore are made to order and may take the full processing time quoted (especially at busy times of the year eg Mother's Day, Christmas etc). 

We aim to ship all orders as soon as we can. Once shipped, unfortunately, delivery dates are entirely out of our control and can be subject to issues such as the shipping provider having difficulties due to strike action or adverse weather.
